Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or Italian loaf — GF options available at local grocery stores; BFree, Schar, UDIS + Against the Grain

  • 1/3 C. olive oil

  • 1/3 C. butter or vegan butter, melted

  • 2 tsp. Penzeys Fox Point Seasoning

  • 2 -4 cloves roasted garlic

  • 1/2 tsp. flaky salt


Directions

  1. Prep and roast garlic. https://bit.ly/garic-roasting

  2. Mix the butter and olive oil.

  3. Spread roasted garlic and olive oil/butter on bread.

  4. Sprinkle with and salt to taste.

  5. Bake at 270° for 10 minutes, turn the oven to low broil for the last few minutes if you would like them to brown.

    * Note - Follow direction on packaging for parbaked, store-bought brands.
