Chunky Guacamole

This savory, slightly smoky blend lends the a moderate kick to salsa and guacamole.

Servings 1/2 C.

Prep 5 min.

Directions

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 plum tomato

  • 1 1/2 tsp. PENZEYS SALSA & PICO

  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice (1/4 of a lime plus 1 more squeeze)

  • 1/4 C. diced red onion

  • 1/4 C. chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 tsp. salt


Directions

  1. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. With a spoon, slide the skin off. Place in a bowl.

  2. Add the SALSA & PICO, fresh lime juice, and salt.

  3. Mash with a fork and then stir to blend. Leave it a bit chunky.

  4. Cover the guacamole with plastic wrap patted right onto the surface and refrigerate until ready to serve.
