"Growing Beautiful Cut Flowers", Hattie, one of the original Historic Lewes Farmers Market vendors, is considered one of the best growers in the state. Retired from the farmers' market, Hattie remains a wealth of information on vegetables, herbs, and all things floral.

Hattie will discuss what flowers grow well in Sussex County, how to select the right seeds, the best potting mix and fertilizer. Also, when is the best time to start.

This is a hands-on demonstration, and all participants will leave with their choice of seeds, 4-pack seeding trays, and the knowledge and experience from one of the best growers.
