Chicago Hardy is a cold-tolerant fig that produces medium-sized, brownish-purple figs with a sweet, rich, dark pink-to-purple berry-flavored flesh that ripens from late summer through October.
Mission is a sweet, dark-skinned variety of the common edible fig. A very recognizable fig that features deep purple-to-black skin, pinkish flesh, and a rich, jammy flavor.
Italian Honey is famous for producing medium-sized, greenish-yellow fruit with a rich, sugary, honey-like amber flesh. Produces fruit mid-summer.
Celeste, a sugar fig, and produces abundant, small, intensely sweet figs with purplish-bronze skin and pink-to-rose flesh, ripening from mid-summer to early fall.
LSU Purple is a compact, high-yielding fruit tree developed by the Louisiana State University. It produces glossy, dark purple fruit with a sweet, rich flavor and contrasting strawberry-red flesh.
